Our program is designed to focus on soccer fundamentals and give students the chance to grow both technically and competitively in a structured environment.
Each one-hour session is broken down into three parts:
20 minutes of technical skill work(dribbling, passing, receiving, ball control)
20 minutes of small-sided games(1v1, 2v2, or shooting scenarios)
20 minutes of scrimmage playto apply what was learned in a game-like setting
